When grilling on a stove, fast and even heating of the grill pan is all that matters. This is why the grill is made of solid aluminum and is equipped with a bimetallic bottom in aluminum and steel, which makes it suitable for use on induction cookers. In addition, its Radiant induction technology ensures optimal heating for a more energy-saving kitchen. When the grill is hot enough, the convenient integrated Thermopoint located in the soft-touch handle lights up red.
